Around the corner of the 1516 Brewpub. What a piece of tourist trap this place is. For a starter I was offered what kind of language do I want to speak, choices were multiple, I stuck with English. Which was barely spoken. Common language between staff was russian. Service was slow, price high. I drunk my beer and left. I don't think I will visit this place again.

Great location. Beer selection is somewhat decent but also not overly exciting. Some international classics and some common local beers. Nothing that you could not find at other places. Its nicer to come here in summer for the outside sitting.. Probably better places around.

Visited for Sunday breakfast during RBVG 2018. Pretty standard design of a central bar and restaurant tables, plus more tables on the sidewalk. Taplist was small, bottle list was better, both for local and international stuff. Breakfast was a bit pricey but tasty enough. Solid service. Worth a look.

Beer bar and restaurant. They have some craft on tap, and some classics available, so selection is above average. Prices are on the higher end (Orval index aka price is 6.60€, but at least they have it available). Service is good, didn't try food, but smelled good.

Came here the first time on 20.01.2018. This is a new restaurant specialized on beers in the first district, very close to 1516. Nice simple interior, some Ottakringer signs, a few seats on the bar and several tables. Very good draft beer selection (7): Brewdog Punk IPA, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, O’Hara Stout and a few Ortakringer beers. A lot of interesting bottle beers including Austrian Craft beers but also classics like Uerige Alt. Food was quite good, had a Curry Sauage with shrimps. Overall a great addition to Vienna‘s beer scene.

Was in the area having visited 1516, so popped in to get an Ottakringer tick. Attractive outside seating on a pedestrianised side street. Big bar inside. Beer selection served its purpose. Smallest serving is 0.2l for €2.20 or €3.20. Bottles looked a little pricey but were of little interest. Table service from the servers was chalk and cheese in terms of their friendliness. Worth a visit if you want Ottakringer as a new brewer and place tick.

OK place with above average choice of beers including a few surprises from Austrian micros. Worth a look if going to the nearby & much better 1516.

Located in inner ring, stopped here for an afternoon drink. Some Ottakringer special brews, and Brauwerks on tap. Also Victory in bottles. Seems like a ordinary bar with decent beer selection rather than beer oriented place. If you’re nearby popping for a drink or two is not a bad idea.
