Staromestský Hostinec Wolker

According to Google and absence of website nor any ratings, this café closed late 2019.

Located in city center. Completely Heineken place with mediocre beers. Stuf is more or less OK. Not recommended place.

First place I visited on my third trip to Bratislava. Small serving bar and some restaurant tables outside, more tables on a pedestrianized small alley away from the main tourist street with its strip club hawkers. Half a dozen beers on tap from several of the smaller Slovak breweries, plus Lagunitas brewed locally by Heineken. One house beer brewed for them by Radas, but my guess is it's just Radas' normal svetly. Very tasty food, not expensive for the area. Friendly helpful service, menus in English if you ask.
