94 Just like the brewery in Escondido, cool place. Parking was easy. Visited on Sunday night. Still busy. We ended up sitting at the bar to avoid the wait time. Food was excellent. 30 ish beers on tap. Everything from berliners to barleywines. Service was good. Lay out/grounds are cool. If i had to nit-pick, gift shop was a little lame. Other than that this place is a must visit. |
94 Amazing place with a very cool layout and set up near the airport in San Diego. Tacos were awesome, and the gardens are positively serene. Beer list was full of new stuff I hadn't had before, or locally brewed, with a few choice guests. They do flights, and service was good despite strange times. Awesome, and probably a highlight of a bunch of great places in the area. Possibly one of the best breweries I've every been to. |
78 Welcome to the Disney World of beer! Located in Point Loma (on the other side of the harbor), Stone Brewing World Bistro is part of the Liberty Station retail complex. It was once a naval base; now, it is a destination all in itself (even without the illustrious Stone presence). Upon entry, you have a decision to make, since this venue is a massive sprawl. Do I sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful San Diego sun? Do I grab a table in the immense dining area? I chose to make my way into the rustic indoor bar area. At the tie of my (lunchtime) visit, they had about 18 Stone crafts on tap. You can never go wrong with Stone. The menu is very eclectic and goes above and beyond the pub grub scene. I tried a hearty dish of yakisoba, a Japanese version of stir fry. Delicious! |

90 Something like the Escondido venue, but a bit laid back. It’s “in” Liberty Market. Uber driver got me to the nearest spot cause he’d been there. Otherwise? The sprawl of buildings can be confusing. Excellent food choices. Fantastic beer selection - including from Stone Berlin. Not to be missed. |
90 Huge place, brewery as you enter, quite restuarant like on the inside, classy with typical Stone interior, a nice garden with loads of seating. Pond with Koy carps, some games. We sat at the outdoor bar, 25-30. tap's, some nice one offs, aswell as a small number of good guest beers. Small pours at reasonable prices. Food was good, we had some nice Tacos for lunch, very tasty. Table service, fast and helpfull. A must visit when in San Diego. |
88 A fine dining establishment that just happens to brew excellent beer with tons of different offerings. |
86 Visited with a group of 20...massive place...great patio...food was great. |
70 A sprawling complex that is a bit confusing and disjointed. Service was OK, friendly but a bit rushed as it seems it is always busy. Selection is solid with a bunch of local one offs. Food was good but very pricey. A nice stop but in my opinion one of the worst Stone locations. |
