Tap It Local - Norfolk

Passed by on a Friday afternoon and decided to check it out. It's in a great downtown location with a bright, open feel. It was completely empty at 3 o'clock, but I can envision it being packed later. The tap list was good for the area, with emphasis on local/regionals and a few harder-to-find nationals. Big bottle list. The bartender was friendly but easily distracted. I'd go again if in the area, but don't know that I'd go out of my way.
