The Ale Apothecary Tasting Room

This super small tasting room and barrelstore is located just outside the main town centre area, but close to the cool locals hangouts like Cascade West. I called in after dropping off my rented mountain bike over the road. Hidden a little behind some units, but its a cosy place with a handful of sour / mixed ferm enthusiasts sipping away. 4 beers on draft, plus one rare 10.4% El Cuatro on cask conditioned hand-pull and two 75cl bottles opened for samples. Lady serving was super talkative and helpful. Beers were great, but the 75cls for takeout were a little out of my price range. Definitely a must-visit for sour heads in the area.
