92 Road Trip! I needed that SC place tick baby! This little place is in downtown Greenville. There is free parking in ramps, which is good cause street parking is a PITA. The space is very small, but packed with solid beer. I was pretty surprised at some of the things I found, including BA Ten Fidy stovepipes, Fonta Flora, bottles of Last Snow, and more. Really impressively packed selection. Plus they have a 16 tap growler fill station with a good mix of beers all available in sizes from half pour to growler fill. Prices grate, service laid back and friendly. Well worth a detour to check this place out. |
96 Visited in 2015, just noticed that I forgot to add my place rating!?! I was such an amazing visit that I still remember it clearly. We arrived with fumes left in the car, because we were trying to make it before closing, and we made it with just 10 minutes to spare. We walk explained how we’d heard about them from RB and had driven in especially to see them and they were kind enough to stay open for us, so we buy some of their awesome selection of locals and rarities. We both took home more beer then our already stuffed to the gills car could handle, but hey, when you find a great beer store that goes out of there way to be very accommodating, that should be rewarded. Very highly recommended! |
82 Our first stop on an Atlanta weekend. Great choice too. Small store, two small rooms jam packed with good bottles. Just two tables so we stood at the growler fill station and chatted to staff. Pints and half pours of everything at the growler station are possible, or you can drink bottles in house. No food. Staff were terrific, prices were good. Loved it. |
82 Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. Pretty small store, but they make good use of the space. A very nice selection, and prices seemed pretty good. Growler filling station with 16 taps. Sounds like if you are from out of town, they can ship you any beers that you pick out. Great place to check out and right near other good beer places. |

80 Small, cramped store, but the ambiance is nice and the space is utilized well (ie. They fit a lot of beer into that space) - however, the small space does make one constantly nervous that he is about to knock something over - mostly singles and large format bottles, but some domestic craft six packs as well - impressive import selection - there were some locals, but not a ton - there is a growler filling station with a pretty impressive selection of draft-only regional brews - prices seemed fine, but I have no real context - staff was helpful and seemed to know the product well - quite a nice store, really - I wouldn’t call it world class, but for the region it is certainly very good. |
84 Great shop, lots of selection, great staff. |
84 When we entered the store there was Left Coast tasting event going on so we were introduced to some Left Coast brews. Quite small store but nice selection. All the beers available as singles. Managed to find some nice Westbrook and Prairie beers. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. |
78 Slightly claustrophobic, basement location as a decent cellar vibe. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Rare beers come through here. Excellent variety for limited space. Limited tap selection usually has something interesting. Imports are relatively strong. Willing to sell singles of anything without price gouging. |
78 I came here after visiting another well-reviewed bottle shop and felt this was a nice place but second in almost every category: more cramped, more awkward layout, fewer rarities, more expensive. On the plus side, the guy at the counter mentioned they are open to trades if you bring in a bottle from an outside region! |
