The Happy Raven

Took me a while to visit here but glad I did. About a dozen and a half beers on tap and that many more in bottles. Cool screens that show you the amount of beer left in kegs, etc. Kind of a dive and not too roomy but a nice place. My only real complaint is the prices are steep.

Visited over Memorial Day weekend. This place was recommended to us by a friend and we saw that they had a keg of Hill Farmstead they were tapping so we decided to check it out. The atmosphere is a little weird. It seems like they bought out some boring lounge, kept the decor, and just started serving nerd beer. Both times we visited, it was completely empty. So, not exactly the greatest atmosphere. They did have a nice selection of beers - 16 taps with some good stuff available. Each beer was available in multiple sizes as well as in small growlers to-go. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the Hill Farmstead, because they decided not to tap it at the time that they originally announced. But the bartenders were very friendly and helpful. I liked this place, but it was soo dead...
