Visited on a Tuesday evening in February 2020. The place was almost empty during my visit and with a rather slow service. The selection was decent and the pizza was tasty. (yes, I did eat pizza in Tokyo)

Decent brewpub in Tokyo, although they did only have one beer of their own which I never tried. There was a good selection of beers across about 15-20 taps as I recall, mostly split between US and Japanese craft beers with the odd Guinness and Magners cider through in as well. Prices were on par with most craft places in Japan (read: expensive but not astronomical) and they were happy to put on a football game when I asked. Busy but not packed on the Saturday night that I visited; I'd likely return on any future visits to Tokyo.

Two Dogs taproom can be found up a flight of stairs in an open floor space. I thought I had walked into a sports bar initially. Surprisingly decent tap list with one house beer - a pale ale pouring. All the other taps are the usual Japan/US mix. Good place to try the Brimmer beers. I had an OK pizza. There’s good deals during happy hour, and if I found myself in Roppongi I’d be happy to hit this place again for that reason, before moving on elsewhere.

Similar experience to Iznogud. Didn’t have the food but a solid selection of Japanese and American beers. 24 beers and 1 cider on tap. It was IPA week, so there were 9 IPAs on tap. Happy hour is the best deal in Tokyo for micros. And if you’re really thirsty, all you can drink for two hours is ¥3600. Hella deal!

Visited in the early evening, wasn’t too crowded, even a bit empty. Maybe we came too early. On a first floor, rather modern interior. Bit more than 20 taps, combination of some US beers and Japanese micros. Also some stuff that doesn’t belong here i.e. Magners and Birra Moretti. We had couple of beers, solid place. Could spend an hour or even two here.

This joint really surprised me with their value. The food was reasonable, but their happy hour is a steal (large is medium priced, mediums are priced at the small point) and their nomihoudai is ¥3600 for 2 full hours of all taps! Selection didn’t inspire but there were a few I didn’t see elsewhere. Fairly crowded for the 5pm happy hour but service was superb considering there was one waitress for the whole joint including a party happening in floor two. Great place to visit for a bite and a few brews during happy hour or absolutely crush out with some mates.

I have been three times for lunch so I know nothing about the vibe after work, but it is fairly relaxed and quiet around noon. I visited twice in November and once in December 2014. The lunch specials were reasonably priced and the food, sans salad, were great. The beers listed on tap were very solid and the selection was different each time I visited. Might visit for lunch in the next week or so.

Located in the center of the filthy and noisy nightclub area of Roppongi. The place actually used to be a nightclub, now turned into a cosy 2-floors brewpub. Their beer selection is somewhat pretty weak with mostly average/common crafts (both drafts and bottle), not always served in the best condition either. Happy hour is a fairly decent deal. Opened overnight which can be useful when waiting for the first train, but not exactly a must-stop place in Tokyo.

I really enjoyed this place. They have 20 craft beers on tap. 3 USA IPA’s - The rest were mostly Japanese and a few European. Sapporo’s Yebisu beer was also mixed in. They had about 6 or 7 House beers. A few with their name on them, from Brimmer Brewing.. I saw a lot of posts here and some seem to be talking about a different place, because everything was pretty smooth when we were there. It’s a good looking bar with quite a few female customers. Their prices were cheaper than other places in the Roppongi area. The staff were nice and the service was good. Only thing I want to complain about was they didn’t seem to know a lot about beer. But I suppose experienced staff in Japan is hard to find. Large pizza was great, but it was huge, so be warned. I wish someone had given us a heads-up on how big it was before it arrived. I will definitely go back.

I was well pleased with this place. Happy hour 5-7 is a great deal with pints and medium glasses going for the price of the next smaller glass. Lots of Brimmer beers, including the present house beers. Some are re-badged with new names rather than original contact brews. Food looked and smelled great. Servers did not know much about craft beer. Anyhow, it is decent, especially for Happy hour.
