Umeda Sky Building

Not really a beer place. It's a cafe near the top of the sky building that has a fridge with some random macro lagers from various countries. If that's what you're into then hit up a Yamaya, Seiji Ishi, or Liquor Mountain prior to your visit. It'll save you a few hundred yen and you'll be able to get better stuff.

On the 39th floor of the observatory, you will find the cafe, which along with the awesome views has around 40 bottles of beer from all around the world! Furthermore, the beers here are cheaper than in a regular bar at 600 Yen a bottle. I came for the views but stayed for the beer! Even managed a couple of country ticks too!
