56 How about a free taster flight of everything? Fuck yeah. Beers were okay at best. Chill vibe. 7 beers on today. Pretty cool. |
86 Vindication is in an industrial park area, like so many other breweries around here. The inside is efficient and well laid out. I love the two miniscule, rustic wooden tables among the normal sized seating. I haven’t been much in the mood for hoppy beers lately and literally all of Vindication’s beers were hop heavy with the exception of the wheat and the stout. I’d like to see just a little more variety, though with the hop logos everywhere, perhaps that’s what they’re going for. Lord knows there are enough different breweries that they can each do their own thing. That being said, I had the Brewtegrity IPA and the "Bold Ale" (read amber ale). Both those were well made with no flaws and well represented hop flavor. They have free popcorn. If I lived in this neighborhood I’d be around having a few pints. |
50 Gunbarrel corporate park location. Sterile single room interior doesn’t feel like a comfortable place to sit and drink. Beer quality was average to poor... the spiced wheat beer was astringent and lousy, and the "session bold" was boring cara malt and little else. "Bold Ale" is about the stupidest fake beer style name I’ve heard. |
64 Taproom in industrial park off the diagonal hwy. Very friendly service, he said he was a co-owner. Had a taster flight. Fairly standard offerings, decent quality. My favorite, by a good margin, was the american style stout. Interested to see how they progress. |
50 Open two months and still no one has rated this place, so I figured I might as well drop in since it’s really close to where I live. Dull location in an industrial park in the middle of nowhere, but they will eventually be bottling and selling at bars elsewhere. Small, plain interior with wooden stools at the bar, about six to eight tables scattered around, plus a couch in the corner. Free popcorn. Nice guy who runs the place, presumably the brewer. Average beer quality and they’re all English-American style ales (stout, brown, IPA, wheat/golden, etc.) but this is Colorado so it will probably sell well enough. |
