Excellent location - a couple of blocks from the heart of Old Town and about 4 miles from the wineries. Warehouse location, bar almost sits in the middle of the brewery. Games and TV for ambiance. Almost everyone here was a couple making it look like a wine tasting segue. 17 beers available - almost all tap except for a couple of special releases in bottles. Very reasonable pricing, especially on the high octane stuff. A couple of young girls bartending - not much knowledge. Beers were great. About half were IPA variants but some experimental stuff too.

Another industrial area brewery located in Temecula, really across the parking lot from Refuge. They too do not offer food but allow outside food. The beer selection was pretty good with some vintage bottle pours available.

Lunchtime on Friday 10th Feb 2017. First customers of the day, only two more came in during our hour plus stay. Dark, modern and about a third of the brewery given over to the bar area and seating. Some logo’ed stuff to buy and a beer menu that had ’Flight Suggestions’ on one side and the beer list on the other, 16 of their beers in total. I had two trays of 4oz flights (4 beers on each) and an 8oz pour of another beer. Lady serving at the bar was fine, some cleaning going on in the brewery behind her. Beers were good, we sat staring across the road to our next port of call ’Refuse Brewery’ 50 metres away. Pity it wasn’t busier because it’s a decent place and the beers all in good condition. Temecula was turning out to be a lovely drinking town, this is about 1.5 miles from the ’Old Town’ but the walk made us thirsty.

Visited on a Tuesday night. It’s in a good location pretty close to some of the other Temecula breweries. From the outside, it looks more like a brewpub than a tasting room, but they only serve their own beers and no food offered. Inside, the tasting room is very well done. Fairly spacious and comfortable. I like how they designed the place. The service was very friendly and all the servers were knowledgeable about the beer. It seems as though these guys have come into their own as far as the beer quality is concerned over the last couple years. The hoppy beers were all solid and the couple barrel aged beers I had were good too. Most of the local beer geeks seem to prefer here and Refuge to some of the other places in town. I can see why. I think the beer is under rated, and the place is very nice. I recommended a visit while in Temecula.

Nice easy in and out spot with easy parking. They have a large space carved out of the brewery for the tasting room. This is a pretty large space. The staff was friendly and engaging and helped me sample a large flight of their offerings. Everything was pretty hoppy and enjoyable (I love hops so enjoyment was easy).

We visited this brewery 21.12.2013. Very nice place, bar and some tables to the left, behind the whole brewery including bottling machine and quite a few wooden barrels. They have some very special beers: dry hopped Märzen, black IPA on cask and some others. Insomnia IPA is very good! Absolutely recommendable.

Easily the lowlight of the Temecula breweries. Pretty decent atmosphere and a nice decor for a brewery in a business park. The service was decent, though it took some convincing from the bartender that we wanted to try ALL of the beers. Beers here are awful, unfortunately. Price isn’t bad, but not worth wasting the money.

Large, modern brewhouse with a full tasting room. Erroneously added to ratebeer as a brewpub, which this is NOT. No food. Wide open spaces, nice wooden decor, original artwork. Beer hall type feel. Service was quick and helpful. Everything on tap was available in sampler size. Nicely labeled apparatus for flights. Beer quality however was shockingly low given the amount of money poured into this place. Big pan-offering DMS problem and oversteeped/overboiled grain issues. Needs a new brewer. The place as a place rating is great, but the beer is not good sadly. Also, like t0rin0 said, you can’t tip on cards here for some bizarre reason so make sure you have some cash for that. Bartender didn’t look upset about it as it seems they have shafted her for quite awhile now.

Visited April 27, 2013.

This place is right across the street from Refuge Brewing which is nice, since you get two place ticks with one stop. They both have a ton of beers on tap so you’re bound to find something you like. This place is pretty big and I’m told that they’re a winery who recently got into making beer. Certainly the brewery is a pretty good size.

The menu is a bit confusing since there are several chalk boards but some of the beers appear on multiple boards. All in all I tried the full sampler of 15 house beers and they were actually out of a couple when I got there (a couple of barrel aged beers). Most of the beers were at least drinkable with the exception of the barleywine, one of the single hop beers, and red ale and lager. The rest were alright.

Prices were good as we got 15 samples for $18. Unfortunately their credit card application doesnt have a tip function and neither of us had any cash on us. Next time I’l have to leave an extra couple bucks.
