In the middle of a Marrickville industrial estate in Sydney's inner-west sits this haven for wild-fermented, sour beers. On my visit there was a selection of 10+ beers most of which were labelled 'acid' with a couple 'bitter'. The atmosphere was relaxed on our Friday afternoon visit. A good range of beers to take away priced at ~$20/bottle or three for $55.

It’s disgusting how sick this place is. From my Bay Area centric point of view, this is the Rare Barrel or Sante Adairius of the Southern Hemisphere. Super chill barrel house vibe - screams WE ARE BARREL AGING LOADS OF SHIT MOTHERFUCKER, GAME BETTER RESPECT GAME! - in a laid back, “Net ticks and chill” kind of way. The beers are pretty much all top notch, especially by Australia standards. Solid crew running the place. Prices are no higher than you’d expect. I love it. Only complaint is they should open more days/ hours. Crikey mate, this will be my second home while in Sydney.

A warehouse style brewery with picnic tables and barrels used for seating and tables. Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. They had 10 beers on tap with a number of bottles available as well. No tasting paddles. No food on site outside of bar snacks. Prices were a bit higher than others. Still some of the better beer I had in Australia.

By far the best place in Sydney to drink beer. As of Jan 2019 hours are 2-6pm on Friday and sat. About 10 beers on tap and one cider and one wine. No flights, just $6-9 for 200-250ml pours. All the beers are outstanding. Highly underrated brewery. Had a nice chat with the brewer, very open air place - one downside is its open air and can get hot on hot days. Sell a lot of beers to take away and 3 for $55 is a steal in a country where crappy IPAs in 500ml cans go for $15. Absolutely a must for Sydney for good beer

Situated in a large corrugated iron clad warehouse in amongst industrial units in Marrickville, great ambience with stacked barrels and rustic bar. Got there abit early when just setting up, but staff friendly and beer was good, although abit pricey as sell by the glass.

Good selection of beers, interesting and unique decor and vibe. This is one of the best breweries (or blenders) in Sydney!

Big warehouse type building. Seating on benches. Only a few beers available due to the limited Wildflower range. Pretty tasty beers though. Pretty good.

Taproom at the brewery in Marrickville. Seating for perhaps 30 people inside. Five beers being served on my visit, it was great to sample their wares. The guys are real friendly. Bottles can be bought to takeaway at much cheaper prices than their bottles can be bought in bottleshops - $50 for an Amber, a Gold & a Table Beer (all 750mls). A visit here could constitute part of a brewery crawl around Marrickville with other breweries so close by
