Just opened a few days ago, and I was recommended the place by the bartender at one of the Zhang Men bars. They are the taproom for a brewery from Taichung that I had trouble locating, but they translate themselves to "Hellow" apparently, which is now searchable on RB. Unfortunately, the beers are so bad that I can't recommend the place -- all the ones I tried had a strange and rather repulsive boiled vegetable character. Flights of 3 available for 320 NTD, not a good deal, but pretty typical for the city. The bartender couldn't have been friendlier though. Cash only. They need to sort the beer quality out. As of now, not worth visiting.
