Pours brown, not quite clear. Super sweet and yet also with a lovely tartness, the usual nods to a rich apple pie come through *yeah I know that it's pear 🍐. Coats the mouth, like a super dessert wine, but hey what a fabulous Ice Perry.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2021 good pear wine but not comparable to the no. 2 i prefer the desert wines to be sweeter.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2021 Looks like a whiskey, golden brown. Super complex caramel candy-apple nose, more powerful than the #2 on the nose and less fruity. Flavor is less fruity as well, but more powerful caramel and candy flavors.

Clear medium to light amber orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple and pear, oxidide, wood - oak, walnut, sharp. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, walnut, oxidide, pear - apple, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20180511]

Sampled from bottle shared by SinH4 @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts 2018 Day 1. Clear orangy color. Intense super ripe apple. Not sugary at all, intense applepeel and ripe apple juice. Nice.

200ml bottle, trade courtesy of Herrkleman, many thanks Klemens! Orange-brown amber colour, no head and aroma of dessert pear, vanilla, apple pie, walnuts. Taste is sweet and slightly tart, concentrated juicy fruity pear & apple syrup, with woody, vanilla, pastry notes, walnut and spicy hints. Syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, dry clean finish. Very nicely sippable.

Clear golden. Aroma is raisins dried apple pear some fruity apple. Taste is raisin and apple sourness, syrupy on the tongue with slight alcohol. Drinkable, complex. Good.

Bottle, thanks hubi. Nose is woody pear, walnut, some apple. Palate is gummy bear pear, woody pips, really nice pear flavours!! Awesome ice Perry

Thnx to Sinh4. Pours browned, anberblonde. Smell is full, tad sweet, bit pear. Taste is sharp . Has the slightest tinkle of carbo. Bit pear like . Fruity. Nice
