COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We are incredibly humbled to introduce our first collaboration beer with @sapwoodcellars. 3S4MP IPA 7.5% is mash hopped with Calypso, then we used Nelson, Calypso, and Phantasm to the whirlpool. We used Omega Cosmic Punch for yeast and added Nelson Hop Burst at yeast pitch. We used an all Nelson dry hop along with Nelson hop shot on the cold side. Special thank you to @scottjanish for paving the way.

ABV: 7.5%. ✅ Murky - muddy matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, light heavy hoppy, pine, tropical fruit, gooseberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, pine, exotic fruit, wheat, fruity hops, gooseberry, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20211227]
