The beer pours a straw gold colour, very hazy with a even one finger white head. The head dissipates to a paper thin layer.
The aroma is dominated by sweet grain. Some fresh melon, pear, a little Belgian golden ale-esque.
On taste the beer is sweet with a real spicy hop bite. Saaz? Earthy notes and cereal. Some fresh melon with a hint of bitterness on the finish.
Medium carbonation with a building bitter presence on the aftertaste. Long legs for the style.
Overall, a very tasty beer. I’d imagine very easy to session. Good stuff.
