We came here on 26.11.2021. Small nice bar in the Chicago city center with some good beers and a superb Whiskey selection. We had a delicious M-43 New England IPA (9 $ for a small pint) Nice interior, large brewery panting on the back wall and friendly service.

Nice little bar on Clark Street. Selection is fairly broad with a long list of draft beer and a smaller bottle list. Flights of three 5oz samples are $7 which seems like a fair deal. Nice staff.

Visited: 7-16-11 My beer snob best friend and I ended up here because it was highly rated and close to the disappointing Rock Bottom. The atmosphere was excellent with what started as a not so packed atmosphere at 1230AM but filled in by 3AM. It got very busy but was not out of hand or crazy busy. The quality in beer selection was really good as I saw a bunch of beers that we don’t normally see on the east coast and was a great variety of types of beers. The service was really good because as our pints ran empty, we had a server asking us for our next order in a busy bar area. The selection was great as we got a decent variety of high quality beers from around the midwest and west coast. We didn’t try the food but the prices were reasonable for the quality beers we had. Highly Recommended!!! Need I say more...

Visited 7/30/2010.

Walked in during the afternoon, right as they were opening. Not surprisingly I was the first and only one in there for a little while. I picked a stool at the long bar right by the taps. Everything was made of wood and looked kind of old and broken in.

They have a number of taps and some interesting selections. The girl working the bar was nice enough to set me up with a flight, a free sample, and a pint. They have a house beer called Clark Street Pale Ale that is apparently made by 2 Brothers.

Over all the service was very good, but again, I was the only in there at that point. Who knows what it’s like when it fills up. Prices were good. Nice little place to stop in and get a beer if you are downtown.

Always one of my stops when I’m downtown. Nothing outstanding, just a solid bar with a good, but not great beer selection.

Probably the best place near Michigan ave for craft beer. A skinny place with a long bar. Selection is ok, but nothing special for Chicago. Service was good and I did not have any food if there even is any. A bit heavy on price.

This bar is about as good as it gets for the area, which, unfortunately, isn’t saying much. The ambiance is fairly "divey" with some TV’s around, showing sports. The service that I have gotten there is prompt and friendly. As far as value is concerned, the prices are pretty much the same as anywhere in Chicago, which is pretty awesome for this downtown location. The selection is better than your average bar, but not as great as some spots in the city. Overall, this is a great bar for the area, but an average bar for the quality that Chicago has to offer.

Finally made it into this place. Not a ton of stuff in the area, so it’s worth a stop in. Ton of Two Brothers stuff on tap and plenty of selection. Booze is also deep as well. Pretty old school beer bar vibe but the service was pretty awful when I was there. Not really that great.

Great beer, no kitchen but free food for happy hour. Plus, what else do you need but pretzel sticks? Beer garden is big.
