78 Small and friendly tasting room with above average beers. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. |
72 A nice place in Temecula, large and open just off the Interstate. They have a number of quality house beers and several package to go. The staff is attentive and friendly. |
80 Two tasting rooms, one of them in the brewery. Lots of tables. Friendly service. The beer was decent. A cooler of bottles and cans to go. |
74 We visited this brewery 21.12.2013. That’s the oldest of the 7 breweries in Temecula (3 years old!!). Still could not figure out why there are so many breweries here. Some of them are quite similar, however they are good, as Black Market. Nice bar, brewery, fermentation tanks and wooden barrels in a separate room together with some tables and benches, quite good beer atmosphere. Also beers absolutely ok, we had an oatmeal stout and an imperial red ale. |
76 A large tap room with more than 10 Black Market beers on draft. They also have bottles to take away. The quality level of the beers wasn’t very high. I’d say the beers were at best average. They offer flights. And they have free popcorn, which for me is a major plus. Probably not a priority while in Temecula but it is located near some other breweries so you could pop in here and sample a few. |
76 Small but nice bar and tasting area with a fridge with some bottles and a smattering of merch. Much lager tasting area in the brewhouse portion of the building with several long picnic tables. About 11 or 12 house beers, including a few special beers I haven’t seen around before. Friendly service and good prices. Beers were kind of disappointing, though. |
88 This is in an industrial area, but it’s actually a nice place. There’s a small taproom, which opens onto the factory floor. It feels surprisingly authentic and fun. The bartender was really nice and knew a little about her beer. The selection was good, 12 of their beers were available! The value was great, with $1.25 tasters and $4-5 pints. Overall a lot of fun, I’d love to go back. |
76 Plenty of parking in an office/industrial complex. Ambiance inside begins with a cramped tap room and fridge for to-go bottles. Some barrel seats with cushions are nice but sit too low on the bar making the experience similar to that of a child sitting at the adult table. Off to the right you can hang out at some picnic tables inside the brewery warehouse. Lots of house beers on tap. Service was efficient but not what I would call friendly or kind, seemed more like we were an annoyance. Beer quality was pretty average with some surprisingly yummy things and equally as many very bad things. Overall lower quality than Aftershock but higher than Wiens. Everything was available in ~$1 per glass sampler flights. They also have free popcorn. |
