In a strip mall right off the interstate. A little hard to find, since it is tucked away a bit. They had just opened their expansion, so the space is quite large, and seemed excessive to me, but it was a Monday. The bartender was quick enough, but seemed preoccupied with his regulars. There are a ton of taps, and a cooler of cans to-go. This is a fun spot, with some quite tasty beers.

COVID times so keep that in mind. It's in a strip mall like so many Denver-area craft breweries. Was there when they had some of their birthday brews on tap. Solid scottish ale / red which would've been better served warmer and a very good boozy and hoppy as hell IPA. Worth a stop if you really need a beer between Denver and Colorado Springs.

Visited December 2018. Located in a strip mall not too far off of I-25, this brewery feels “Colorado” with its wood clad walls, reclaimed wood of course. The servers were quick and seemed to know many patrons. We enjoyed the beers and took some from the large cooler in the back home with us. Outside food is welcome and they have a small patio.

Small to medium sized brewery with bar seating, a few high tables, a few picnic tables and a small patio. Nice ambiance, good music and great service from the beertender. I tried 4 of their 16 draft beers, most of which were above average for Denver area breweries. $2-3.5 for tasters and $5-8.5 for full pours. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

I haven’t stopped in Castle Rock in quite a while. I guess there are two more breweries here now to add some variety around Rockyard Brewing. 105 West is the more experimental, modern operation. They’re located in a strip mall near I-25 and just a couple blocks from downtown. The taproom really makes me feel like I’m in a mountain town. It’s rustic with wooden everything and wildlife themed decor. The patio is pretty cool. The little fire pits surrounded by wooden stumps are a nice touch. The tap list is a good mix of American and Belgian styles with a handful of adjunct forward beers to keep things interesting. If you find yourself in Castle Rock, seems like here and the Crow Bar are must stops for beer lovers.

Nice little space in a strip mall not far from I-25. Great service with around 10 beers on tap. Nice variety of styles. No gratuities allowed.
