Located in a non-descript strip mall with parking in front. Small bar at the entrance but also some long tables and couches. It had the comfortable feel of a friend’s basement rec room. They had over 20 beers on tap available in various sizes. They also had some food though it’s rather limited in scope though it was still tasty. The beers ranged from quaffable to pantheon. The milk stouts especially were extraordinary in their depth and complexity. They did a lot of riffing on Indian flavors which isn’t a surprise given the name and also the fact that Chopped judge Maneet Chaunhan has an affiliation of some sort with them. It was hard to believe that a place that served beers of such quality wasn’t busier, but more for us. And the folks behind the counter were friendly as well. We’ll definitely be back at least twice a year.

We liked this place enough to stop in on two consecutive days during a three day trip. Nice modern well-designed place that capitalizing on its hop leaf / lotus leaf insignia. Long bar, barrel tables and a comfy couch. Tons of beers on tap, available as full pours in nice glassware (not a shaker pint to be seen!) or in flights - a great deal at five bucks for four 4 ounce pours. Beers were very tasty and creative - probably the only saffron IPA I’ve ever seen. The sours and goses were my favorites though, light and easy to drink, all reasonable abvs (a positive aspect of Tennessee laws I guess). Sadly the brewhouse wasn’t visible, except in glimpses when staff entered or exited next to the bar. Snacks included cheese and salads. Friendly knowledgeable staff, but brewers and owners were present and took time to chat during our visit. Great place.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. Located at a strip-mall. Ample parking outside. Not much of a crowd. Nice decor. 22 house brews on tap with a broad range of styles. Some interesting and unique brews here. Bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us put together a couple of custom flights. Flights were 4 beers for about $5. A pleasant laid-back visit overall.
