Tavern Hall

Probably the best place for a beer in the Lincoln Square complex and connected buildings. That's kind of damning with faint praise - perfectly fine, not worth going out of your way for, but if you're waiting for your Din Tai Fung and want a bit more selection, this is the place.

Decent place to grab a couple pints in the toney suburb. Second floor attached to what appears to be an extended shopping mall. Typical suburban restaurant atmosphere. The look could pass for a Cheesecake Factory or whatever, but it’s simple and comfortable. Nice service and a more than average range of mostly U.S. craft. Locals and regionals well represented, including several nice one-offs. Certainly would go back on a subsequent visit to this town.
