Dooley’s Pub

This is not an elite beer bar, and since it’s within a stone’s throw of one that is (The Tap House) as well as a brewpub (Grand Rounds), I hesitated to add it to the database. However, on my visit to Dooley’s this past weekend, they had Surly Darkness on tap, which instantly gives it beer cred. They also had Todd the Axe Man and several other notables. With Rochester’s "Historic 3rd Street" having become a haven for craft beverages (it also boasts the craft cocktail bar, The Doggery, and whiskey bar, The Half Barrel), Dooley’s provides an energetic night cap to your cocktail crawl evening, without having to make a craft beer sacrifice. Oh, and they have a dance floor.
