Nice beer store and bar with a wide selection of local and international beers. You can get a beer from the bottle shop and drink it. Surprised to see some variety of lambic, fresh hops and other hard to find beers. Recommended

This was the best bottle shop in Japan that I visited. I guess I forgot to rate it last year, anyway. Had a lot of rare Brew Dog including most of the Dog 'letters' series (B,C,D etc.). Had a lot of Oregon stuff which I didn't need. Decent supply of local Japanese craft beers. Quite a few great drafts too. Excellent service. Sort of easy to find close to the station down a winding road in Kitasenju. Was pretty shocked to see this much great beer in Japan, things have changed! Some small standing bar areas to drink at.

Good selection of bottles, but they charge you a ridiculous 250Y to drink it there. I mean really? I just paid your inflated prices for your bottle and you're going to charge me to drink it in your bar? Also, the sizes are definitely off. A "Regular" draft beer is suppose to be 400mL but if you grab a 12oz bottle/can from the cooler it fills the glass. So I think they are cheating me and other customers. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Decent new place in Kita Senju. Tap selection wasn’t the most exciting when we visited but it seems that they do get some good stuff on. Not sure about the size of the servings though. A 650ml bomber almost filled two of the ‘pint’ glasses. Lots of bottles to choose from and drink on site. ¥100 corkage charge plus ¥100 per glass which seems pretty reasonable. Tax is added at the till. Was pretty hot in there on a slightly chilly Sunday afternoon and the atmosphere was a bit lacking to be honest. No seating which I guess means that they don’t expect people to stay there for hours. Tap list is on their Facebook page. It’s not somewhere I’d go to every week but it’s a decent addition to the Tokyo scene. Not as much Japanese stuff as there was in the old shop I reckon. Maybe there’s more at their other new place Beer Ma Base

Combo beer store and standing bar. This place rocks. Taplist is heavily focused on imports - the night I was there, there were four Knee Deep and one Prairie beers on tap, all for 1000 yen or less for a pint! Awesome bottle selection to boot with tons of rare and hard to find things. Homemade quiche and lasagna make up the food. Good service. Only complaints would be 1. It was boiling hot in there when we were there. It was like a sauna 2. No half pints, even if you are drinking 11.3% beer. There were a ton of drunk people in there when we went and felt that was the norm. Beer selection is pretty much hands down the best in Tokyo, if you are not looking for Japanese beers.
