Peiping Machine Taphouse

A very nice restored old building with long nice seating. Service was horrible and unhelpful as stated by others. Selection was good with their own beers and a nice guest tap list. Flights were expensive in comparison and food was decent.

The site is an old machine factory renovated into it’s current form as bar/restaurant. There’s 32 taps including a selection of their own onsite brews from the small kit upstairs plus guest taps from other Chinese based breweries. Flights available. Oddly enough, we encountered terrible service when sitting at the bar wanting to sample a few beers before committing to full pours. It didn’t seem they were too happy with this and as a result we were completely ignored until it came time to pay our bill. It probably wouldn’t stop me giving this place another try, even if it’s just to see what new house brews are available.
