72 Located next door to Eppig (which was closed), and across El Cajon Boulevard from Tiger! Tiger!, Pariah has a somewhat hipster dive bar vibe to it; it is small and dark with a small bar and minimal seating - I grabbed a stool along the wall-counter (Is this a thing?). That said, their beers are superb and plentiful, with plenty of taps and several excellent IPAs.
Friendly service and some friendly hipsters made for a pleasant visit. You could include this in your North Park Beer Tour as Belching Beaver, Rip Current and Falls Brewery are all in stumbling distance - or jump on Bus No. 2. If you like IPAs, this is the place. Hope to hit their neighbor in a future visit.

74 Kinda hard to spot from the road, but they at least have dedicated parking, which is nice. Small, dark taproom, with a lot of purple highlights, which is an odd touch. The wallpapering of random old book pages is entertaining. As to what previous reviewers said, I found no evidence of Eppig here, so they appear to have the taproom to themselves now. The bartender was friendly and helpful, and was enthusiastic about the tap list. IPA heavy list, but some quality stuff on. Quality place, and a fun spot to hang out. |
78 Located in North Park in the same building as Eppig. There is a nice selection of beer styles and the brews I consumed were of high quality. It’s a small space, but well-engineered to accommodate a couple dozen patrons. Friendly and clean restrooma. |
78 Shared building with Eppig and soon to be a 3rd brewery tap room. Small space, but lots of seating for the size. Friendly service with flights/small pours and unique and tasty beers. |
70 Visited on a Saturday afternoon in February 2018. A rather small place located in the same building as Eppig and San Diego Brewing. (closed?) The place was not crowded. The beers were decent and the service was good. "Stabilt" as we say in Sweden. |
66 In a complex with 2 other brewers, this has a small tap room and serves flights. Service wasn't too beer focused and beers were average at best. If you want to tick all 3 stop in, or else save your liver for something else. |
74 The newest of three breweries in the same building. A smallish spot with a pretty standard taproom feel to it. Small bar and a few tables fill the space. Bartender was friendly and knew the beers. They had 9 beers on tap and samplers were available. No food on site. Prices were inline with the area. A decent brewery overall. |
