Busy place on the main historic strip. Some heated standing tables outside, great for pandemic times. They do full pours and half pints here, COVID-19 times. Friendly service. Prices a little on the high side. Old German kind of motif inside, which matches the beers, which are mostly German style. The beers themselves aren't that great is the only problem. They seem to all have a very limey type flavour to them. The basic ones are a little better than the rarer German styles they do, but nothing is really stand out here. They did have a few rare styles here when I visited, which is nice.

Right on the main drag in downtown, historic Leesburg. Two blocks from Black Walnut Brewing, three blocks for the original Crooked Run location and about four blocks from the W&OD Trail. Location is about as good as it gets. Decor is cool, outdoor tables, German beerhall style interior. Staff was friendly, beers seemed well price. Snacks only, but there's plenty of food nearby. But let's be frank; the beer just isn't very good. A wide range of styles (maybe too wide?), a few are overdone. IPA was fine, but in this area that won't cut it. Good luck, but need to improve.
