Nice brewery in downtown Redding. $3/taster is typical to cheap in Silicon Valley, but a little pricey here. Food is pricey too. Good beer selection: 24 beers on tap, including a wonderful BA imperial porter. Great place to visit overall.

This place was not at all what I expected for a recently opened brewery. Serious money behind this endeavor. Large new space, open warehouse style. Large bar in the center, tables around, Stage to your left as you enter. Area with games etc. that kids were welcome in. Huge Jenga in a warehouse must be fun when you are eight (or drunk, which is functionally about the same). Outdoor seating as well was shut down due to weather. Tap list was extensive - Two full monitors full of beers; guessing about 24 in total. There were two-monitor pairs spread about the place so you were never far from the beer list. The place was totally packed on a Saturday night; must have been 150 people inside. Kind of shocking after Wildcard, which is only a 5 minute walk away.

Quite a range of styles; german american, british, belgian all represented at some level. They had a Berliner but no other sours or BA beers on. At least a couple of their entries were bar mixes including a Kolsch beermosa which was just their Kolsch and OJ in what appear to be a 50/50 mix. All beers priced as 4 oz samples, full pours, and growlers. There was also a sign about 16 oz cans to go, which turned out to be that they would fill a can of anything other than nitro pours and bar mixes (and they served both) and seal it up for the pint price. Not super cheap given that the pint price is in-house, but still it is convenient.

I ticked my way through four beers which ranged from good to excellent, and got some cans to go. They had a deal that if you buy three 16 oz cans the fourth is free, which lessened the sticker shock quite a bit. I would say this has a bit of a hipster vibe to it unfortunately, but its will a fun place and they appear to be hitting on all cylinders w.r.t. beer quality.

I really enjoyed this space. It’s huge but welcoming and very communal. Cornhole and giant Jenga in a large open space with plenty of seating inside and out. The food was pub fare but an excellent rendition. Plenty of their own beers on tap and a couple of guest ciders. Overall however the place was a little expensive, I’m not used to California prices sure but damn.
