Hop The Beer Experience 2

A bit outside of the downtown area, I took the metro and got here easily. I was surprised to find an open and modern industrial space with a food truck permanently parked inside. Best way to view the beer menu is by hooking up to the free wifi, but then... oh, what a beer menu it is. 50ish taps, lots of Mexican craft stuff I hadn't seen anywhere. Prices were good, sample sizes for about $1 a pop. Flights allowed. Staff was attentive, some spoke English. Very pleased.

Bar with a huge selection (52 taps) of mostly Mexican beers along with some US imports and some Belgian breweries but the rotation is not the fastest. Good selection regarding styles. Cheap flights are available and they serve food and snacks. The bar is located in an hall which looks like a large old garage and the setting is a mixture of industrial/modern style and traditional beer bar with large beer benches. Huge screens on the walls showed sport events. Noteworthy is for sure the staff. Everybody was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall a great beer place and a must go if you are in Mexico DF and serious about beer.
