Brewpub Center Point

Sister bar of Tetard Vallee focusing on meat. The beer was cheap, but nothing special, especially their earlier stuff. Food was pretty good but not as cheap as Tetard Vallee. Love to see more brewpubs but I wish they put a bit more focus on the beer rather than the atmosphere and food.

Stopped in about a month after opening. About 5 minute's walk from Tenroku subway station and about 20 minutes form Umeda. Luscious aromas of roasting meat filled the air, but it was early and I wasn't ready for dinner. For a 4 beer tasting set for ¥1000. Good deal. Porter was similar to Tetard Vallee's. Ipa and American Rye Wheat seemed new. Aside from the porter, beers still needed a bit of dialing in, very astringent in the finish for at least 2. Nice place, though, want to go back to eat.
