Lovely little bottle shop. Good global selection, but the local stuff was brilliant. Really knowledgeable and friendly guy behind the counter who was very happy to talk me through the.options. In fact, it was warming to find someone so excited about the local beers. And he couldn't wait for his collaborative brew with Brass Castle. Prices were very good. Small bar next door, but as I was with the family that didn't happen.

Great little beer shop with plenty of choice. They have a small bar but it wasn't open on a Thursday when I was there.

Beer store located on pedestrian Grape Lane near the swing bridge over the harbour in centre of Whitby. Fantastic selection of bottled beers from local Yorkshire breweries, some ciders and international beers. Also has a tap room with 4 beers for drinking in. Fossil shop opposite kept the family occupied while I was reviewing the selection and the Captain Cook Memorial museum is just along the lane. A must visit when in Whitby.
