Principia Tasting Room

Modern style bar with 12 taps and about 50 bottles which are stored cooled. Albeit they offer only 12 beers from tap the selection is really diverse - 5 of their own beers, 2 Mexican guest breweries and 5 US imports. Flights are available for slightly below average Mexican prices and all beers were in good shape. The inside of the bar is a little dark but we were seated on a nice terrace. The waiter was extremely attentive and the food we had (guacamole and salads) were pretty good. Although the bar is located a little outside the center it can be reached easily by metrobus. I can really recommend going there!
