Red Cow Minneapolis St. Paul Airport

I have never been to any of Red Cows downtown locations to compare, but the burgers here were very good, as was the tap list. Ambiance is pure airport lounge, and the staff new very little about the beers on tap, or even what was on tap. The beer menu was not up to date, so I had to prod the bartender to i.d. some of the taps so I could make an informed choice. Not a destination place, for sure, but quite possibly the best at MSP. Definitely worth a stop between flights.
