Monkless Belgian Ales The Brasserie

This place is really well put together, with lots of wood inside and accents to make you feel like you are in an authentic Belgian brasserie, including Gregorian chants in the bathroom. A great view of the river from the back porch is gonna make this place amazing in the summer time. Service was great, a little flustered as they had just opened and the computer system was still out of sorts, but nice and there with suggestions. Food was awesome, authentic to Europe, not necessarily Belgium all the way though. Beer was all great, well done and ran the gambit on the Belgian styles. This place is up there as one of the best in Bend, in my opinion.
