Budvarka - Dejvice

Original Pivnice Budvarka Dejvice is 900m to the west from Metro Hradcanska or only 250 to the east from Metro Dejvice. Modern interior, different materials and colours. Wooden furniture is tan brown, gives the restaurant a light athmosphere. Good kitchen. If you're nearby and hungry, it's worth visiting. Budvar beers of course, it is Budvarka.

Take the tram (8, 18, 20, 26) Vítezné námestí or metro to Dejvická and then backtrack a little south on the main road, and you won't miss it. If you're *really* lazy, take the 143 bus to the Kafkova station from Dejvická, and it'll be right there. It is what it is - you get the basic range of Budvar beers, including the Kroužkovaný Ležák. I'm not particularly fond of any of those, but it's good to remind oneself of them and the prices are good. The restaurant is modern, good looking, fairly empty when I arrived, but some people were eating. The food prices don't seem bad either. Pro service, welcoming, English speaking too, and the complete opposite of the service in the Malý Pivovar in CB, thankfully. All in all, if you feel like a Budweiser Budvar, and you like it, probably a good place to go to.

Visited after seeing the Museum of public transport 19.07.20. Restaurant and bar with Budweiser Budvar beers, with indoor and outdoor seating next to a busy road. Efficient service a and good food. I had a Budweiser Budvar B:Special Kroužkovaný Ležák in excellent nick. I give them extra points for having a Kroužkovaný. They are searching for!

Big and quite Modern Budvar pub on a busy street. Visit for lunch on a monday. Busy, alsmost full bust we got a table fairly fast. Good tradition food and Budvar beer on tap, managed to find one i havent had. Good and fast english speaking service. Food fine aswell. Cheap prices.

Came here basically for having the Krouzcovany but I’m not sure they Served it to me .. the beer was bland and too clear for a yeast beer ( no ?) .. service more gentle than other places but it lacks of atmosphere... good just if you’re already around

I had a small but tasty lunch in this Budvar pub. Most of their beers were on tap. I had the 10%. It was a good beer to have on a very hot day. Most everyone else in the place was Czech, not surprising since it is off the tourist trail. A good place to try Budvar if you are staying near the area.

Ok, they have all the Budvar beers on draft, but the poor service and hefty prices really make it a place when you absolutely must have a krouzkovany Budvar.

restaurant in Dejvice, near tube A Dejvická station, Luxury rest for richer people, All beers from 35-40 crowns, daily menu for good price. Normal eat is in average high price than normal, but high quality. All beers dantastic, especially Tmavý(dunkel,dark) and Kroužkovaný(Yeasts) and of course clasic Budweis lager. Good preaty pub.!

Nice and friendly bar and restaurant north of the Prague Castle. Slightly off the beaten tourist track. Good selection of Budvar beers, but not much else. Tried the Dark and the Krouzkovany, they were very well handled. Friendly and efficient service. Good and price worthy food.
